Common uses

Under normal circumstances, when a man is sexually stimulated, the penis fills up with blood. When erectile dysfunction occurs, enough blood does not flow to cause an erection. Tadacip relaxes the penile blood vessels when a man is sexually stimulated. This allows blood flow into the penis, resulting in an erection. The erection subsides after sex, just as it is supposed to in normal conditions. Please understand that Tadacip is not a hormone or aphrodisiac, it works only when a man is sexually stimulated.
It is also in the clinical trials for treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Directions

It is mandatory to take it 30-45 min before doing sex. In Tadacip clinical testing most men were administered one 20 mg Tadacip tablet per day.
Tadacip has a pharmacologic distinction of having a longer half-life of 17.50 hours, meaning it maintains its potency for at least 17.50 hours.

Cautions

Treatments for erectile dysfunction, including Tadacip (Generic Cialis), should not be used in men with cardiac disease for whom sexual activity is inadvisable. Physicians should consider the potential cardiac risk of sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease. Priapism was not reported in clinical trials with Tadacip (Generic Cialis). However, priapism has been reported with another PDE5 inhibitor, sildenafil.

Possible side effects

Like all medicines, Tadacip can cause some side effects. These effects are usually mild to moderate and usually don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses.

The most common side effects of Cipla are headache, flushing of the face and upset stomach. Less common side effects that may occur are temporary changes in color vision (such as trouble telling the difference between blue and green objects or having a blue color tinge to them), eyes being more sensitive to light or blurred vision.

Additional information

Tadacip has not been studied with other treatments for impotence, so use in combination with other treatments is not recommended. Limit alcohol intake, as it may aggravate side effects of this drug. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. The elderly may be more sensitive to the side effects of Tadacip; therefore caution is advised in this group.

Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. Keep it out of the reach of children.
