…#gout is my teacher. Because of my relationship with gout, I have learned to breathe more deeply & completely, make a practice of being consistently hydrated, eat with greater awareness & consciousness, manage my emotions & thoughts and therefore my stress levels, be vigilant about identifying & avoiding toxic chemicals in my environment, exercise thoughtfully & with measured consistency, and develop the habit of getting deep, restful sleep.
